5) Are they currently crushing on anyone? several people
6) Do they want marriage? Kids? ... she does. seeing how her parents were married -- it's hard not to want something similar, someone to lean on that's not her brother, though she'd probably joke that she doesn't need anyone but black. as for kids... maybe, but she wouldn't see the point. just a branch that doesn't have powers
7) Have they ever been cheated on? If not, would they forgive someone who did? white probably has been and pretended like she wasn't bothered at all, though she broke up with the guy and refused to talk about it ever
8) Have they ever cheated on anyone? If not, would they ever? def not. and she wouldn't!!! she's faithful and devoted, all things considered

7) Have they ever had a friend with benefits? nope
8) Do they have any traits that make them a bad friend? white's a very private person and doesn't disclose the full tale of things to anyone, really, not even her best friend or brother. in essence, it seems more like she takes more than she gives! the kind of person who'd listen to all your troubles and laugh when you mention that you wouldn't mind returning the favor.

12) Describe what they're like as a friend in three words. devoted, fun, personable
PHYSICAL PRESENCE AND GESTURE 1. How do they move and carry themselves? Pace, rhythm, gestures, energy? white moves with a rather confident swing in her step, but almost like she's in a hurry. she usually tries to match the pace of the person she's with too
2. How much physical space do they use, active and at rest? white doesn't look like she'd take up a bunch of space, but she really does -- mostly by accident. she doesn't talk with her hands much at all but that doesn't mean they're still, and she likes to move around when she's doing anything at all, and when she does intentionally take up space then she's got something she wants.
at rest, she still takes up space, but this is because she's used to sleeping alone
3. How do they position themselves in a group? Do they like to be the center of attention, or do they hang back at the edges of a crowd? she likes to be somewhat in the center of attention, but has no problems with being on the side. either way she'll drag the spotlight over somehow
4. What is their size and build? How does it influence how they use their body, if it does? white's a petite thing with a nice hourglassish shape, small and lithe, but there's nothing but fearlessness in it. she might look like she won't take you down in a fight but she's aware of what her body's like and uses it to her advantage -- legs and all, baby
5. How do they dress? What styles, colors, accessories, and other possessions do they favor? Why? she prefers dresses and skirts these days, simply because she moves easiest in them, but a pair of short shorts aren't unwelcome either. otherwise it's seasonal based -- colder weather gives her longer sleeves, warm weather is suns out guns out!! white likes trendy things and will often look at things that are in season, so to say, while colors don't matter much. additionally, she likes to put things in her hair!
... the necklace she wears is her mother's, and it's always hidden, but that's basically as far as jewelry goes
6. What are they like in motion--in different environments, and in different activities? What causes the differences between these? white's pretty much the same no matter the territory: outgoing and bright, friendly, talkative, always ready to make a friend
with the exception of a few things such as mournings and movies. then she's lost in thought and quiet, dim and usually unnoticed. also still very pretty. lonely, distant, like there's something just between
7. How do they physically engage with other people, inanimate objects, and their environment? What causes the differences between these? she likes to be close to people she's talking to, often casually touching them, and the same can be said of inanimate objects; she'll fiddle with anything close by! on the other hand she doesn't usually interact with her outside environment and that's only because she can't get close enough to change it somehow
8. Where and when do they seem most and least at ease? Why? How can you tell? white is most at ease in nature-filled and least at ease around dead silence, most at ease in the late evening and least at ease on the edge of sleep. the first set is because it reminds her of the countryside she grew up in and the quiet stillness the great collapse brought; the second set is because she likes to look at the dying sun and the stars, and the latter because her demons come easier then.
you can tell on each because she'll be chattering happily when she's comfortable and absent-minded and tense when she's not
9. How do they manifest energy, exhaustion, tension, or other strong emotions? 10. What energizes and drains them most? 11. How are they vocally expressive? What kind of voice, accent, tones, inflections, volume, phrases and slang, and manner of speaking do they use? 12. How are they bodily expressive? How do they use nonverbal cues such as their posture, stance, eyes, eyebrows, mouths, and hands?
DISPOSITION AND TEMPERAMENT 1. How do they greet the world--what is their typical attitude towards life? How does it differ in different circumstances, or towards different subjects? Why do they take these attitudes, and why do they change? How do these tend to be expressed? 2. What do they care deeply about? What kind of loyalties, commitments, moral codes, life philosophies, passions, callings, or spirituality and faith do they have? How do these tend to be expressed? 3. What kind of inner life do they have--rich and imaginative? Calculating and practical? Full of doubts and fears? Does it find any sort of outlet in their lives? 4. Do they dream? What are those dreams like? 5. Are they more shaped by nature or nurture--who they are, or what has happened to them? How have these shaped who they've become as a person? white seems to be more shaped by nurture, at least as far as her tactics go, but at heart she's very much nature. she knows it's wrong to do this or that and feels bad about doing them but her brother is just so much MORE that she's willing to throw away that side of hers just so she doesn't have to live in a world where he's in danger of being hurt by kod
but she does obviously feel bad about it. everything from her small argument with kod (as resigned as it is, something she knows she isn't going to win but wanted to try to reason out) to her absent-mindedness in the time to come when they're waiting in the church together, not even able to make a joke, shows just how reluctant she is in actually doing it even as the plan's in motion. and, of course, how she tells sonic to find leo, a choice she actively makes because she knows that sacrificing someone as good as leo (who has been nothing but nice to her, who trusts her, who treats her like a normal person) for her own selfish gain isn't right at all.
as for what she says -- well, white's always shown herself more in actions than words, so even if she's seemingly unbothered by something chances are she actually very much is
6. What kind of person could they become in the future? What are some developmental paths that they could take, (best, worst, most likely?) what would cause them to come to pass, and what consequences might they have? What paths would you especially like to see, and why?
CONNECTIONS WITH OTHERS 1. How do they behave within a group? What role(s) do they take? Does this differ if they know and trust the group, versus finding themselves in a group of strangers? Why? 2. What kind of individual relationships do they have with others, and how do they behave in them? How are they different between intimate relationships like friends, family, and lovers versus more impersonal relationships? 3. What kind of relationships do they tend to intentionally seek out versus actually cultivate? What kind of social contact do they prefer, and why? 4. How do people respond to them, and why might these responses differ? 5. How do they respond to difficult social moments? What makes them consider a social situation difficult? 6. How do they present themselves socially? What distinguishes their "persona" from their "true self", and what causes that difference? 7. What do they need and want out of relationships, and how do they go about getting it? 8. How do they view and feel about relationships, and how might this manifest in how they handle them, if it does?
ACTIVITIES AND PREFERENCES 1. What do they strongly like and dislike, in any category? Why? 2. What are they likely to do if they have the opportunity, resources, and time to accomplish it? Why? 3. What kind of activities, interests, and hobbies do they have? What significance and impact do these have in their lives, both positive and negative? 4. What is their preferred level of activity and stimulation? How do they cope if they get either too little or too much? 5. Is there anything that counts as a "dealbreaker" for them, positively or negatively? What makes things go smoothly, and what spoils an activity or ruins their day? Why? 6. Do they have any "props" that are a significant part of their life, identity, activities, or self-presentation somehow? What are they, how are they used, and why are they so significant? How would these props' absence impact them, how would they compensate, and why?
THINKING AND LEARNING 1. How do they learn about the world--what is their preferred learning style? Hands-on learning with trial and error? Research, reading, and note-taking? Observation or rote memorization? Inductive or deductive reasoning? Seeking patterns and organization? Taking things apart and putting them back together? Creative processing via discussing, writing about, or dramatizing things? 2. How do they understand the world--what kind of worldview and thought processes do they have? Why? 3. How and why do they internalize knowledge? What effect has that had on them? 4. How much do they rely on their minds and intellect, versus other approaches like relying on instinct, intuition, faith and spirituality, or emotions? What is their opinion on this? 5. Have they had any special education or training that colors their means of learning about or understanding the world? Conversely, do they lack some kind of education considered essential in their world? What kind of impact has this addition or lack had on them? 6. Is there anything they wish they could change about their worldview or thought processes? What, and why? 7. What sort of questions or thoughts recur in their lives, either specifically or as a theme? Why are these never answered, or answered permanently to their satisfaction? 8. What do they wonder about? What sparks their curiosity and imagination, and why? How is this expressed, if it is?
FREE FOR ALL 1. What associations do they bring to mind? Words or phrases, images, metaphors or motifs? Why? white always brings to mind a bird in a cage, someone who can't do anything but sing and sit there -- in the metaphorical sense. she has her time to fly like any pet bird, but it's always back into the cage she goes
the other is abandoned places where nature has taken back what man has wrought. this is mostly because of the way bbb sets her up, what with the whole church and graveyard and all, but it's that peacefulness and beauty, that secret space away from the world... and the inherent creepiness that goes with it, as if there's something more hidden beneath the serene, sad surface
those are the biggest two!! and pretty typical. another is the widow's walk, which is that fancy balcony on the top of people's houses where it's said that women would go to wait for their sailor husband return!! it's always been one of my favorite spots on older houses that have them bc of the haunting lore, that a woman might go there every night to await her beloved's return, and there's been several ghostly legends surrounding that
but white isn't all just sit and wait. she's very much a girl of action, a gogetter who will fight for the people she loves without hesitation, and that part of her brings to mind the general meaning of war!! it's a long, drawn out fight that, while has many casualties and shouldn't be taken lightly or necessarily in a good way, has always pushed forward other parts of society, from technology to medicine and even economics!! it's glorified to hell and back but it does have a kernel of truth and honest to goodness rightness in it, that peace comes becomes of war (and as she puts it, humanity will always rage war on those who're different, so there's never any peace), and her struggle reminds me of that haha
